Our mission is to provide all our clients with a remarkable experience, while performing services with integrity and deep knowledge of our profession. Therefore, LUX NAIL SALON has the following policy for the mutual convenience of our clients & staffs.

• We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone.

• Any health issues, allergic reactions, injuries & special attention must be informed prior any services/ treatments. Your health & well-being is important to us.

• We’re NOT certified to treat/cure any infected or fungus nails. Our treatments & products are for support & prevention purposes only. 

• We’re not responsible for lost or stolen personal items & gift cards.

• Pricing of nail sets can vary based on shape, length, and designs. Please confirm with Manager on duty ortechnician BEFORE any services!

 • Please inform to your technician or the manager if you have any concerns/questions about service! Once it is completed & nothing has been addressed, any changes after that will be charged to original service.

•If you are unsatisfied with our services, PLEASE mention your concerns immediately to your technician or the manager on duty, so we can address them in the fastest and most efficient way for both parties.

• We do not provide refunds on services/products. However, we will try our best to remedy your situation. 

• We love having your kids here. However, please supervise them while in salon to respect other clients’ relaxing & privacy.

• Gel polish is guaranteed up to 3 days, and Powder/Dipping/Gel-x up to 5 days. For the smoothest experience with minimal wait time, we recommend coming in between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM or after 6:15 PM to get your nails fixed.

• Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

• No alcohol for under 21 (ID check required).
